Topic: "leaking" definition

Posted under Tag Alias and Implication Suggestions

leaking does not have a wiki page, but I think it could be a useful tag if it were used consistently. How about defining it as something along the lines of "discharging sexual fluids, but not as part of an orgasm, like precum, for example, or semen during prostate milking." The problem with that is that it would probably be used in exactly the same situations as precum already is most of the time.

Is there another way to define it that would have a more distinctive use? If not, perhaps the tag isn't worth having?

Leaking doesn't have to be sexual, it can be leaking as a leaking pipe a leaking pot or cup ect.

There's also the cum_leaking and leaking_cum tags, but those are rarely used.

Leaking seems a bit generic, but it can be effectively combined with many other tags in searches. So it's probably useful...to someone.

Conker and Mario583, I think you're both right that nonsexual contexts for the tag should be covered under the definition, but I think there should still be a clause that clearly spells out how it should be used in sexual ones.

Strictly speaking, something must be accidental or unintentional to be a leak, which, taken literally, would seem to limit the tag's use in sexual contexts to non-consensual situations, premature ejaculation and the like. It seems to me that, in such contexts, people use it instead in the somewhat figurative sense of any slow seepage of fluid, which I think is more useful than the other usage anyway.

It would probably make sense to define cum_leaking/leaking_cum analogously to the sexual clause of the definition for leaking.
