Aliasing restricted_pallet → restricted_palette

Reason:

I can never remember which spelling to use, and just end up using whichever one I first type in that firefox says is spelled right.
I'm not the only one

Similarly, limited_pallet seems to be an easy typo. Since limited_palette is already aliased, I say alias that one too.

EDIT: The tag alias restricted_pallet -> restricted_palette (forum #229177) has been approved by @bitWolfy.

In addition to the above, people also seem to be using restricted_pallete, restricted_pallette, limited_pallete, limited_pallette and limited_pallet now and again.

But a pallet is something else entirely.

Nobody's going to refer to a pallet as restricted.
