Aliasing forehead_mark → forehead_marking

Reason:

EDIT: The tag alias forehead_mark -> forehead_marking (forum #231433) has been rejected by @Rainbow_Dash.

I think both tags should be aliased to 'forehead_markings' instead, this way it would agree with our current usage of '[body-part]_markings'.

p.s. why do not write a reason in the space specially designed for such purpose? The reason may seems obvious to you, however "obvious" is relative.
