As much as I like seeing this guy banned over and over, can't you guys just IP ban him, or if it turns out he has a dynamic IP, IP range ban him?

I think the guy is just sexually fixated on the act of writing out his fantasies. You know, it's like how sometimes you read a story or see a picture of go "that was awesome.
