Reason:

Twelve posts currently in the former tag, eight of which are not in the latter, despite them being the same.

In cases like this, you can generally just fix the mis-tags by hand. Although I'm now wondering if licking_dildo is a better name than dildo_lick.

Also dildo_in_mouth should imply sex_toy_fellatio.

The tag for penis is penis_lick, and that's well-established at 12000+ posts.

The benefit of aliasing/implicating is that once it's done once, it never has to be a problem again, instead of continuously having to deal with posts tagged licking dildo.

Also, I'm not sure on your implication. A dildo held sideways in the mouth, like a dog's bone, isn't sex toy fellatio but is certainly dildo in mouth.
