I've been going back and forth with somebody about a tag...I won't name names, as I don't want to cause drama...but I need somebody on site staff to make a clarification for me. If an image clearly takes place AFTER the rape has occurred, and there is no further rape visibly taking place, does the rape tag still apply, or no?

If it's not currently happening, no.

I am quite aware of those tags, CrocoGator. I wasn't asking what tags SHOULD be put on, but whether or not the rape tag belonged.

if something is not happening currently in image, it does not get tagged. so if character is not currently getting raped in image, it does not get tagged as rape.
