I'm seeing a lot of images with urethral_penetration tagged as docking. Docking should be penetration of foreskin/sheath/slit. If someone's cockfucking an uncut guy it would be both docking and urethral_penetration but if the foreskin was rolled back it would not be.

Are people confused on the definition or has e621 decided urethral fucking is also docking? I don't want to go removing docking tags if so.
