I have not seen a vewing history feature on e621 since i got here, if there is one i have yet to notice and if not is it possible to add one?

No there's not, so your browser history is best you got at the moment.

It means page which lists all the stuff you have viewed on the site, in this case it would be page which lists all the post pages you have visited recently. Really common feature especially on video and music sites, but has become more of a thing in general.

That does sound relatively useful thing if you have that moment that you remember seeing something yesterday, but wasn't something to bother favoriting. I have those moments on youtube pretty often.

the history tab on Youtube is useful sometimes, when you don't remember watching a video you liked after a while of not being on youtube, or online at all.
