.....What/who would it be and why? How would you want the child/children to come out?

Probably a horse. Unicorn, if we're including mythics.

I'd love for the child to basically come out a furry. If the mother was an anthropomorph, maybe the child would just have slightly more subtle animal characteristics - I don't know why but I hate kemonomimi. You know, humans with cat-ears and such?
