EDIT: The tag implication heart_panties -> heart_underwear (forum #263998) has been rejected by @bitWolfy.

It might also be good to suggest for the base tag to imply heart_print and/or heart_pattern; which tag to be used is often disputed, though I and many others tend to lean more towards *_print tags as a whole as not all prints are specific uniform patterns, but all specific shape/pattern clothing have these shapes/patterns printed upon them.
