Bug overview description.
I keep trying to add a character's name to an image but it's not letting me do so.
What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?
character: tag
What is the expected behavior?
I expect when I type the tag character:[name] it will upload the character's name in the tag section of characters in the typical green font I see all character tags under.
What actual behavior is given instead?
Instead, it simply adds the name as a general tag instead of as a character tag/

Can you reproduce the bug every time?
Yeah, so far. Same results every time.
What steps did you take to replicate this bug?
I tried typing in character:[name]. That only adds a general tag. I tried typing in Character:[name]. That also adds a general tag. I tried typing in chara:[name]. This adds a funky general tag with the chara: still in front.
Errors or other messages returned (if any).
When I try to add the character tag it says there's an error because there's no change.
