I like Ohmuu the best out of all of these.
Which artists of this list are your favs?

I'm going to be blasphemous and say Jasonafex & Kabier.
I don't care about the drama, I just look at the art.

I'm going to second Ohmuu.

I really like Strype and MyLoveless. tailsrulz is a bit hit or miss for me but he has some pictures I really like.

Because most artists on that list make sure that their stuff cannot be consumed unless you go directly to them, it's so much harder for me or someone else to inidially find them. I know that paying with exposure is meme at this point, but you do actually legit need exposure to some degree that everyone would at least know about you. I really do not know many of the artists that are on that list (excluding some high profile ones like bbmbbf), so in most cases where someone uploads their stuff on here I have to go and double check who they are and if the post is actually from them - and in cases where someone uploads the content with "I found this somewhere", it's near impossible to find the origin of it because the artwork isn't indexed anywhere.

Anojaa makes nice stuff, but they are still posting themselves. Lumi (some characters mixed into the tag, needs cleanup) has pretty neat stuff as well. Loved humor in Anhes advertisements specifically.

But jasonafex isn't artist. They do not do art themselves at all, they are editor and writer. I do wonder how many does actually confuse Jasonafex to be artist to stuff Kabier makes, because I have seen that more than couple times.

This also kinda highlights my own point because this duo had bunch of stuff here and their DNP is relatively recent, so we do still have users who are familiar with them right now.

I really liked purplekecleon, I really liked the colors and style. Even if they had the most absurd reason I've ever seen for going DNP.

Calling Jason an artist is a bit of a stretch, he just abuses the puppet tool in After Effects on other people's work.

Agalamt. His pokemon fan-universe is the reason why I still stick around in e6.

It's been a while, but it was something like they drew a character with male genitalia but said it was female, and if the post got tagged male they would take down all their work and go DNP. Of course with tag what you see it got tagged male and thus no more purplekecleon on e6.

Wow, thought it'd be more dramatic then that but oh well I guess? I have some trans characters but I dont mind TWYS cause I can always clarify in desc

Well that's why I said absurd, because seemed like such an overreaction for something so simple.

I would have to say Ahnes and Kabier. Probably others, but it's hard to remember.

Yeah.. I'm gonna go with none because I don't really know any of the artists on that list except for the ones that were put on it within the last couple years or so and none of those artists have made a particularly positive impression on me.

There isn't a single artist out there with a truly unique style, I say this because I've always been able to find another artist that's not on the DNP that I like that has a highly similar style to someone that put themselves on the list and if it isn't about style but the product itself then, sure, maybe people don't do what the DNP artist does but, generally, from my experience, what's done usually isn't something that is missed to a notable amount.

I mean, don't get me wrong. I'm happy if they're happy with their choice. Like no job or whatever should cause you undue stress or make you have to deal with people that you aren't paid to deal with but, at the same time, there's been a real explosion of artists of all types, skill levels, and styles and I like convenience. E6 is super-duper convenient because it's an archive, not a per-artist-gallery site, and has standardized and enforced tags. I discover art and artists by my interests, not by name and I'm not going to go out of my way to look into someone that decided they don't want the attention of people that come to this site.

It's just.. If they clearly don't want it then why should I give it? Feels wrong some how.

Those are my thoughts on such things, anyway.

FellArts had a lot of good stuff. Not the biggest fan of his more brutal works but at the time his art was here I saw a lot of more tame stuff.

I didn't even know PK (PurpleKekleon/PapayaKitty/GlitchedPuppet) was on DNP! Good thing I only upload originals. Anyways, I know literally none of the artists except her from that list, so I guess she's my favourite out of the list.

The drama though, man.
