humanoid scales -scalie

Dragon humanoids, nor dragons themselves, are inherently scalie, as they've been portrayed in many different ways depending on the culture. See: furred dragons, eastern dragons, wyverns, hydras, etc. This is why the base dragon tag does not imply scalie (though western dragon does, but not all dragons are western dragons).

Avians generally have scales covering their legs as well, that certainly doesnt make them scalies...

loose scales are not scalies, pangolins are not scalies, wolf with random patch of scales on it's ass is not scalie and fish are not scalies.

not all fish have scales so that makes sense to me.
Granted, considering reading the wiki on scalie they have bleeding toads and frogs on there it seems to be a weaboo tag.

Basically yeah? It's a tag for an unofficial grouping of critters that are generally kinda lizardy-ish.

I'm pretty sure we'd have gotten rid of it, except that there's no real tag that can replicate the tag without getting over complicated. :c

I'm sure ratte or Dice could think of something that better fits in consideration to their knowledge on species.
