Like I said in my "edit reason" for marking it safe, the nudity does not make this "uncomfortable to look at in public," one of the conditions for the questionable tag, because that's expected of ferals. And face-licking is not suggestive, particularly in ferals. So, since the person who keeps changing it back isn't giving any reasoning, I'd like somebody to explain...

They're ferals, but still have humanoid expressions, which, coupled with their positions, lends to the picture looking somewhat lewd. You can't tell me the top dragon doesn't look like he's after something.

it doesnt look like simple "feral character showing innocent affection for another character with dog-like face licking" sort of image. the image looks pretty suggestive especially with the positioning and expressions and how the green dragon's face is almost entirely in the black dragon's mouth. seems to be either imminent vore, or imminent rape, either way that sort of content is not safe.

also next time just dm me if you want to ask for my reasoning for locking some rating.

The body positioning is very suggestive of sex and that, coupled with the licking and the top dragon's expression, makes this picture not safe. It looks very lewd, like someone's about to get raped.

Looks more like someone's about to get eaten to me, but yeah, same difference. Not safe.

I dunno. I could be wrong. Most Websites, even FA, would consider it safe for work, at least. Though "work"... depends on where you work. Lol.

FA has completely different rating system. in FA "tame" fetish content can be rated as safe. here it gets questionable rating. here even deep kissing gets questionable rating.

i really would recommend reading the rating rules instead of assuming that things work here like they work on other sites
