I flagged an image for being inferior, but it turns out that it seems it was actually the supposed better image that was inferior (I mixed them up). Is there a way to reverse the flag, or will I be fine just letting a mod handle it?

I don't think you can, but the janitors/admins/staff will check both posts anyway, and delete whichever is inferior, so you're good :)

jk, a mod or janitor will most likely delete the inferior version once they get around to it.
