I'm not sure how to fix this, I've been uploading for a while and haven't had any problems.

I have 228 posts deleted but these were from back when paid content was allowed if they were over 2 years old.

The change in rule and the following deletion of all of those had not affected my upload limits and my last upload was as recently as 20 days ago.

Any help?

i get that the "paid content" removed was before they even knowing how to avoid them content right?

if is normal stuff, then you just need to ask an Admin directly, as some part of the FAQ says something like
"if your post are negative numbers you need to ask an admin to fix the issue" sort of
