That place is legit and has been picking around since 2002. THat said, how much traffic it gets is another question.

Now, assuming you mean FAN fiction (as in, fiction written by a fan using characters/a setting from another creator), the "Archive of Our Own": http://archiveofourown.org/ or AO3 is probably the best place for fanfiction these days.

Thank you for letting me know. It is for a big multi-chapter, one-shots series that features many anthro-furry female characters with anthro-scalie male characters (including amphibians as well)

If it is based on another work, then AO3 is a good place for it. if it is an ORIGINAL story made up of characters of your own creation, then it's not suitable for Ao3. :)

I think other places like inkbunny and... uh... sofurry? also do fiction, so you might check that out.
