Short answer: No.

Long answer: All posts are reflected upon the currently in use uploading guidelines found on Wiki on top panel and on top of uploading page.

That post would fall under following, first one is considering if you are about to upload all of the game dialogue portrait images in here:

Good things to upload:

• Image sets are allowed as long as they have an overarching story (i.e. comic) or otherwise a natural progression (i.e. transformation sequences) connecting the images
• Image sets where a single "base" is reused multiple times with only minor edits (and no story or natural progression) are not allowed.

Bad things to upload:

• Screen captures: Screenshots from games, still images from movies, video snippets from youtube, etc. etc
• This also includes all ripped image files from visual novels and similar games.
• Small images: Anything below 200px in either direction is likely to get deleted
