Reason:
Commissioner is HugeTime (username) at Fur Affinity, but HugeJewels (username) at Twitter.
I assume HugeTime is their preferred username, because HugeJewels username at FurAffinity is still available.
They probably went with HugeJewels at Twitter (joined 2017), because someone else joined Twitter with Hugetime username in "December 2008".
