When using the new upload form, the field "Parent Post ID" is ignored when submitting.

To assign a parent post to the uploaded image

What actual behavior is given instead?
It is ignored, and you need to edit the post to add the parent again.

What steps did you take to replicate this bug?
Go to https://e621.net/post/upload?use_new=true
Upload any image.
Place a number on the field "Parent Post ID".
Click submit.

Errors or other messages returned (if any).
No messages are returned.

weird, I tried it as well. I suppose until it's fixed you can add parent:1234 as a tag

Looks like I forgot the code that actually submits the field along with everything else. Will have to see about sorting that out and getting the field name right.
