I have an urge to start drawing stuff and put it up on here. Right now all I do is trad stuff and I just put it up online through camscanner, but right now I want to practice this and especially through people's requests and ideas to challenge myself to meet quality that surpasses my yesterday's self.

What are good places to start this out you can think of? 4chan has a lot of freedom(and i literally have no limits to what i deem not worth drawing including offensive crude stuff), but its generally got this toxic thing behind it.

Tried opening up a server for locals here in egypt but its sorta dying, and im willing rejuvenate it but after trying others' ideas first.

What do you say? Feel free to tell stories about it as well.

Places to specifically take requests are a bit hard to come by, as most artists don't really do many requests leading to not many audience who make requests. Tumblr used to be a decent place for that, and NewTumbl tries to take over for that (Any artist I've paid attention to there suddenly stops posting anything though, so there may be something broken in their code that blocks the blog from posting more after a bit).

You may have some luck over at SubChan which was set up in response to Tumblr's NSFW nuke: it's got a chan-type board without as much toxicity as 4chan.

FurAffinity and/or DeviantArt perhaps?
