Is there some way how can i exclude tag? For example if im looking for somethinkg but I dont wana see in there "anal" or "male_on_anthro".

Prefix a tag with a - and it'll exclude that tag. You can also use a ~ to mark a tag as "or".

There's also a lot of other stuff the search supports, you can see a full list when clicking "Search Help" above the search fields.
