The artist seems okay with their art being archived/uploaded on the site again but the art that was given the take-down order prior can't be re-uploaded.

Ask the artist for the ok.

I'm not too familiar of how it works, but I'd think you'd prabably have to send a screen of the go ahead to an E6 staff member. That or ask the artist to contact E6 to remove the take down order. The images would likely just be restored.

I'm guessing Guoh was on "Avoid Posting" but not anymore I suppose.

Yeah, there was a time when Guoh nuked everything, then came back.

I guess we have the answer now. Still doesn't hurt to ask. A year is quite a long time.

Sounds like uploading any other work is fine. Just nothing can be done about the currently deleted ones.

That's quite peculiar/strange, his art is pretty much the same it's always been but oh well, it's still archived on other sites.
