Note that "largest" doesn't mean best. You want the original (or the closest version to). Twitter in particular has an option to view images larger than the original, but this is a result of filtering that can blur or muddy the image. Twitter also has a habit of recompressing the image, creating more compression artifacts even on the original-sized version. If you can find a similarly-sized version of image elsewhere, like DeviantArt or FurryNetwork or something, they tend to be clearer.

Simplest way is just to edit the image url. For example;
Change https://pbs.twimg.com/media/EGclzilUUAA24lX?format=jpg&name=small
to
https://pbs.twimg.com/media/EGclzilUUAA24lX?format=jpg&name=orig

You can make it even similar by replacing ? and beyond with just the filetype, ended with :orig
For example, the link provided could be formatted as https://pbs.twimg.com/media/EGclzilUUAA24lX.jpg:orig

This is older deprecated format. See 'legacy' and 'modern' format.
Both work, but the new format should be prioritized for consistancy and just in case that twitter does stop using the older format.
Altough as long as orig is in the URL in some format, it should be the highest quality version that twitter hosts, at least according to current knowledge. Also been seeing more and more situations where even large and 4096x4096 are inferior quality, even if visually they look almost the same and filesizes are almost the same, which had lead to many post replacements.

Ah I see, you learn something new every day. Apologies!

Also on the subject, Twitter rarely holds best versions of posts, so I'd suggest checking if the artist has secondary sources before committing to using twitter source to post
