Aliasing fallen → eliksni

Reason:

Different names for the same species from Destiny. Eliksni is the official name of the alien race, while Fallen is the moniker given to them later.

EDIT: The tag alias fallen -> eliksni (forum #278513) has been approved by @Rainbow_Dash.

Probably should be disambiguated. "Fallen" as a word is not destiny exclusive.

Looking at the Fallen tag, it's been used exclusively for this purpose thus far. That said, you're not wrong, I suppose.

The searching of tag's history is disabled, but I think it's possible that someone has cleaned the tag, and/or people have tried to tag it for different things, but removed it when they realized that it's a species tag.

+1 to this. fallen_(artist) exists, as well.

fallen_(species) -> eliksni

Bumping, because I still think this would be a nice change. At the moment the tagging seems' to be split both ways, confusing things somewhat.
