Recently I started posting a comic I found, the first 10 posts got approved quite fast but the 11 posts afterwards still haven’t been approved yet.
I want to ask what’s the expected waiting time for post approval on e621?

average is a couple few days, approval rate changes based off janitor availability, post quality and relevance to site. You have a month before post is automatically removed by the automod. And even then there is usually a janitor that will check automod deletions after the fact.
