It does not.

What does count is that if I'm required to do monetary transaction to get access to the content and there's no data to say contrary.

I believe it also counts if the site says "pay $0 to download", like when you can select an amount of 0 to download for free.

Avoid posting these things.

  • Any commercial content (Doujin, paysites, etc.). This includes HD versions only visible on Patreon and similar.
    • "Free" Pay-What-You-Want content (meaning you can buy it for $0.00) is DNP for 2 months after having been made available for "free"
