iPads can't play WEBMs, but can play GIFs. Please add the thumbnail text so I can play gifs but know when Im missing out on a WEBM without tapping on it and loading up the page. The little triangle "play" icon indicating an animation isn't specific enough. :(

It's the same on others bowsers as well. It keeps displaying the little triangle "play" icon

I use an app on iPhone called VLC that lets you copy the webm file over to its library and play it as a video. I just hit download wait a sec then open in vlc and it works most of the time.
