Honestly, I kinda liked the start page with Esix and the other mascots showing the total post count, and it was a great place for people who accidentally stumbled upon the website to turn back the way they came, without instantly being thrown into the deep end, and probably needing a few weeks of r/eyebleach therapy. Can we bring it back?

The idea of bring the start page back is already being tested over on e926, so it may eventually come back to the main e621 site someday.

Theme options are currently down in the footer on their own page. Better integration into the page will be worked in later.
