Not everyone has a foot fetish. I personally don't mind the stuff, but I find LazzyZad's artstyle very subtly disgusting, in a way that I can't quite put into words.
Why people keep downvoting it instead of blacklisting is anyone's guess though.

I've seen a few posts in the past about people running out of blacklist space because they blacklist individual artists they dislike. It's not really feasible to start blacklisting artists unless they're particularly high-volume.

I also want to remind people that the Refusal to use blacklist rule only covers text posts. You're allowed to vote on whatever you want as long as you're only doing it with a single account, you're just not allowed to complain in text form about blacklistable content.
