The wiki page specifies milk, but I feel like other substances leaking from breasts should also apply, e.g. honey (post #2274743) or beer (post #456941)

Nope. Those are what the "unusual_lactation" tag is for.

unusual_lactation is still a type of lactating and thus implicates lactating.
I think the lactation wiki should be edited based off this to say something more along the lines of The secretion of fluid through the mammary glands, usually milk though some characters have been designed to lactate alternate types of liquid
