Reason:
Passerine birds are birds that belong to the order Passeriformes, the largest order of birds, which contains many very common and popular species of birds. Until now these birds have been uncategorized, leaving the bird wiki with many floating implications. This request resolves that by moving all of these floating species implications into one group that people can search for.

This request is the result of many hours of work on the passerine taxon. I don't consider it finished, but I believe I have completed the bulk of the work already in identifying the most common passerine relationships.

It only includes the backbone implications. I have contributed to the taxon of all major and minor species groups that have posts within the Passeriformes order. Those will be handled in separate requests once the backbone is in place.

I hope that this request is well received as it took a lot of time to make, and research.

EDIT: The bulk update request #92 (forum #292522) has been approved by @Millcore.
