Reason: Now that we have an established *_(anatomy) tag group, it'd make sense to improve searchability by adding a spikes_(anatomy) subtag so those can actually be differentiated from spiky objects, etc.

I don't like the inconsistency of having both *_spikes and spiked_*. It would be best to standardise on one form, I think *_spikes work better.

Hm, true, it'd be nice to standardize that at the same time. But they're all aliased, so the bulk updater doesn't currently allow that.

Reason: Some small fixes, additions, etc.:

• chin_spikes is implicated through facial_spikes, so the implication to spikes_(anatomy) is redundant.
• There's not much in unusual_spikes, but might as well preemptively implicate it.
• chest_spike should've been plural to match the naming standard, even though the most common creature under that tag is Lucario which has single spike.

None of these could be suggested due to existing aliases/implications:

• create alias spiked_penis -> penis_spikes
• create alias spiked_tail -> tail_spikes
• create alias chest_spike -> chest_spikes
• create alias spiked_abdomen -> abdomen_spikes
• create alias spiked_balls -> ball_spikes
• create alias spiked_tentacles -> tentacle_spikes
• create alias spiked_shell -> shell_spikes

Those would need to be done manually. I listed them anyway, just in case whoever handles this feels like doing that. (Though I understand perfectly if they don't, that's a lot of aliases/implications to move).
