There's definitely plenty of non-fetishistic growth stuff out there, for example in SFW stories, and possibly even in some cases vore.

Yoshi in particular is going to have SFW fan artwork that technically qualifies for vore (or diapers) and is not fetishistic in nature.
An example would be post #49571 which directly hits both fields.

A fetish might not be a fetish depending on the context. macro/micro might be the most 'common' examples in modern media (see Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever ); all those examples technically fall under the macro umbrella, but all those kid-friendly cartoons indulge in it without issue.
