The tag alias #46689 panties_around_legs -> panties_down has been rejected.

Reason: Self explantory, both tags are used interchangeably.

I'm unsure if panties_around_legs should be aliased or implicated to panties_down, but the same should be done for underwear_around_legs -> underwear_down as well regardless.

Sounds more like a typo with panties_around_leg to me, even if currently, most of panties_around_legs should be replaced with panties_down.

I've gone through the panties_around_legs tag, and I only had to correct 5 posts that should have had the [panties_around_leg]] instead - all the other 100+ posts were equivalent to panties_down. Barely anyone used the tag as a typo, the vast majority used the tag deliberately, presumably because they knew about the panties_around_leg tag and assumed that the equivalent tag for two legs would follow the same format, hence why it should be aliased.

I don't see any difference in usage between the two tags to justify an implication - if panties are down to any degree, then they are around the legs. panties_around_thighs and panties_around_ankles can be implicated, because they refer to specific degrees of panty-downness, but "legs" covers the entire spectrum of down. Although I guess it is a matter of semantics whether or not you consider the ankles/feet as part of the leg.

Based on the current tagging, this alias seems fine. Though it's hard to say for certain, if it's been cleaned.
Still, it's not worth a disambiguation, and panties_down seems more fitting alias for it than panties_around_one_leg. Tentative +1.

Though I'm not sure it's worth distinguishing them, as panties_around_thighs/knees/shins/ankles would do that well enough, all implicating to panties_down.
