Topic: male to male_solo - blacklist settings

Posted under General

hello I am currently facing quite the frustrating issue with this, I am trying to blacklist solo male(male solo), the only issue with this is that for some reason that means I dont want to see males in photo's at all, which is not what I want. Listen I want to see straight things I am not into that homosexual stuff which I include solo male being along with that, how can I fix this. also another issue with doing this is that it completely blocks the male/female tag want to know why? cause there is a male in male/female and if you try just getting rid of male_solo it changes it to male. I also want to see solo female but I cant see solo female cause I cant get rid of solo male without getting rid of SOLO tag.

Do you see the issue here? This is not how it should be, UNLESS there is a simple fix for this and I am not looking hard enough

Are you listing it on one line? Try wiping whatever tags you have that're male and solo, and then add male solo to your blacklist. With the tags on one line, the blacklist checks for both before applying, so posts tagged male and posts tagged solo will be ignored; posts tagged male solo will be blacklisted. Don't add an underscore or anything, either, just use a space between male and solo.

I will try it now, I will let you know if it works

To clarify what Siral Exan said, you should use male solo – two tags, on a single line, separated by a space – instead of male_solo (one tag, with an underscore).

Various *_solo and solo_* tags have been aliased to their respective gender tags a very long time ago and thus should not be used.

it did indeed work, though people are kind of lacking on the tagging skill, thank you for this I was getting really confused

"male -female -intersex" will hide all images that contain a male, but not a female, andromorph, gynomorph, or hermaphrodite. It should work a bit better since there's no requirement that "solo" be present.
