The wiki also needs rewriting. The tag is for all versions of The Jungle Book, not just Disney.

Adding a the_jungle_book_(disney) subtag might also be worthwhile, so it could be implicated to disney.

Visually speaking, isn't that mainly art style differences? Character traits and behaviors don't have to follow the art style, and it becomes a grey area where an image depicts traits and behaviors clearly enough to differentiate between them.

Also related, I notice the character tag is kaa_(jungle_book). If the correct title is the_jungle_book, should character tags also be changed to have _(the_jungle_book) instead?

It'd mostly be for the ease of tagging. Manually tagging the Disney version with copyrights is bit of a pain. And I suppose some folks might be interested in searching only for that version.
