I'm sure that turning gay men into straight men is someone's fetish, because I saw it in one of the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emmanuelle movies

In addition to general inclinations to towards the more commmon one as a fetish, I get the weird feeling that, yes, some people would throw a fit if they saw "gay_to_straight" content. One of those things that probably isn't getting drawn for the safety and sanity of the artist.

I'd say there's shades of the "Het is Ew" trope combined with the stigma attached to gay-to-straight stuff, especially considering the current climate on LGBT rights. Such material could be easily mistaken for homosexual conversion propaganda no matter what the artist's intentions were or how well the subject matter was handled.

I would say it's too much of a niché to have a high amount of content.
(Like breast expansion without hyper and/or body growth)

Could also be that artists focused on that aren't represented here on the site, that there aren't many commissions for it, lacking of general interest from artists about that concept, etc.

The biggest bane of creating art nowadays to be honest - Political Correctness as ideology.
(My opinion)

Can we not, seriously? It's every single topic with you people.

Especially because this sort of stuff does, in fact, exist.

I included a tag search in my previous post that has results which are basically exactly what the poster is looking for, and of them the lowest score is +9, with the highest score a +428. I checked the comment sections of a few and none of them seemed to contain any sort of hate directed at the picture or artist.

This is honestly at conspiracy-theory levels, where you're ignoring clearly apparent facts because they disagree with your narrative. But that won't stop you from posting everywhere about how the evil illuminati is conspiring to take away your porn or whatever.

It being because of how society is does make sense.

Also the "until_they_like_it" tag makes me think of this so much.

It is impossible to change someone’s sexual orientation, so both tags are complete nonsense, at least when applied to the real world. However arguing the morality and hypocrisy of those tags and it’s users is completely moot since this website host content that contains rape, gore, cartoon depiction of minors, cartoon zoophilia, and violence. Morality isn’t a factor the administration considers when approving artwork, at least as far as I can tell. So I suggest you should just simply use the blacklist system more effectively because you will start flame wars and cause records more often than not when you make posts about ethics, especially of tags.

Believe me, I'm not really interested in bringing that up either. My statement also was more a comment on the overall media rather than fetishes within the fandom.

I love E621 for being very open, not bashing on anybody or trying to teach people ethics - Cool site run by sane people
