this is probably a stupid question...
i mean... it certainly is but i still have a little doubt about it
in the last days i reported a few creepy comments and... i started to think...

am i doing the right thing? or i just acted like some sort of annoying person that complains about everything?

in the end the reports got approved, but i'm not completly sure, i want to be helpful, not annoy the admins

As long as you're making valid reports it can't really be considered an annoyance. Reporting creepy comments is the only way they get dealt with. And you're not the only one who does it, it's a community effort.

i've only reported creepy comments, roleplay and refusal to blacklist until now, and i've often added something like "have a nice day" or "thank for everything you do", the fact that made me doubt is that for 5 times straight i recived as a response "handled, thanks for your report", and it felt weird... just that, it's hard to explain but i... i'll try, i know an admin has to confirm the tickets, and hearing the same identical response from a living person over and over again is kinda unsettling... and it felt like what i was doing was wrong

I wouldn't worry about it. I don't report often but when I do, I get the exact same response as you do. You have to remember that admins often get hundreds of reports and I'm sure writing a personalized note for each one would take time when they have things other than responding to reports to do. I guarantee they just copy and paste their response to every ticket.

Yeah it's automated. And the thanks, handled" message is usually a sign that is was a good reason. Otherwise they usually say "not that bad" or the like.

As others said, reports are the main way they catch creepy and a few other things, mods can't be everywhere :P
