If my memory serves me right, there used to be a type of porn art on e621, that would have character presenting in middle with dirty talk text written all around it. Now I cannot find the tag for it, nor if it even exists anymore. There would also be non-text art with this type of format as its child post. I best remember seeing this art with the format described.

I doubt that images like these would stay on the site unless they were made by the artists themselves because 99% of the time they're edits.
