Is there a way to search inside topic for specific content?

The search bar does a pretty good job of searching for keywords within topics.
If you meant existing comments within a specific thread itself, the best you can do is CTRL+F.

Yes I meant within the thread itself. Didn't think about ctrl+f to be hinest XD. That solves many cases but a few topics with many pages still stay as difficult to search through.
