remove alias permanent_chastity (0) -> chastity_device (22333)

Reason: Follow-up to a discussion here.

The existing alias is simply incorrect. While pemanent_chastity must by definition involve a chastity_device of some sort, not all chastity is permanent.
Thus, the alias should be replaced by an implication.

In my opinion, chastity can be considered permanent if at least one of these three things is true:
1. The permanence of chastity is mentioned through dialogue
2. A key is either visibly destroyed, or in the process of being destroyed
3. The device itself is visibly unremovable. For example, a keyhole is sealed.

Unfortunately, I can't add the correct implication to this BUR, since an antecedent tag cannot be aliased to another tag.

I doubt it'll be as much of an issue as it was with chastity (which got confused with 'being chaste', since not many users are familiar with bondage gear), but it'd probably be better to make a permanent_chastity_device tag instead anyway, for clarity.

Then I suppose permanent_chastity alias could be switched to that.

That may be true, although I find the terms permanent_chastity_device to be somewhat unwieldy.
Either way, I would not mind having pemanent_chastity be aliased to it, but to do that, it has to be unalised from chastity_device first.
