So I made a "creepy comment" and got a neutral point. I don't care about being a rule lawyer over it despite how annoying it is. I accept it, this isn't a democracy my and opinion doesn't matter here.

That being said what is this "neutral record" thing? What does it mean for me? Does it mean I'm one fart away from getting banned? What's up, fill me in please.

It just means an admin told you you did something wrong. If you do the same again, you'll get a negative record, which is like a warning. If you do it more, you'll get more negative records. After a few negative records (3?), you'll get temp banned (length of time depending on the rule you broke), and if you keep doing it when you come back, you'll get a permanent ban.

However, if you don't do it again, after 6 months or so it'll decay (a negative record becomes a neutral record, and a neutral record goes away).

Two farts away from being (temporarily) banned, really. If you're reported for making another creepy comment, you'll get a negative record. If you keep it up, you'll get banned. The official rules put it more eloquently.

Thanks for the quick reply and explanations.

I think I'll try limiting my comments to my own work for now on. Even if I think I have another funny joke, it's not worth playing this game.

Just gonna say it looks like you get angry fast too. Even if it's about something a user was justifiably banned for, calling them a pos degenerate sociopath is still a reportable rule breach

Yeah probably lol, thanks for the honesty. It's probably something I should look into, I'll spare you my rationalizations.

One other thing, records don't expire automatically. You would need to talk to an Admin to have it removed. I'd recommend sending a private message to Millcore once your 6 months are up.
