Reason: There are many others that could be added to this list, but there are still factors I'm trying to figure out. All of these tools should be primarily used for cleaning surfaces, not necessarily things or characters. A future BUR can add additional items.

Also leaving out the implication to tools for now, just because I haven't taken the time to look at that tag yet. It seems like a general purpose tag for different types of tools.

Do we need a tag for general cleaning tools? Just tagging the specific item should be enough.

Yes, we do. The general purpose tags have been neglected for far too long and this is only the first of multiple BURs to correct the issue. I don't need these implications accepted, I will be adding this tag to my priority list.

Besides I believe every [major] tool group should have its own umbrella tag. It doesn't make sense to have umbrella tags for some tool groups, but not others.

Also this will make it easier to tag images with cleaning themes. Both from a searching perspective and a tagging perspective this makes sense.

Lastly I want to mention that these aren't even half the tags we could potentially add to this. These are just the most common ones that all share a similar theme. Check here for other examples: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_cleaning_tools
