The tag alias #47401 horn_penetration -> horn_sex has been rejected.

Reason: Horn_sex has been defined as "A character using their horn to sexually penetrate another character", so it's the same thing

Might work better in reverse. There's precedent for this sort of thing.

alias #1458: anal_sex -> anal_penetration
alias #3416: vaginal_sex -> vaginal_penetration
alias #24080: penis_sex -> penile_penetration
alias #5967: ear_sex -> ear_penetration

On the other hand, horn_sex has other implications that I have not investigated yet.
Hornjob might not involve penetration at all, for example.

*_penetration is for when * is being penerated. Can't penetrate a horn.
*_sex is generally used for these 'penetration_with_*' (see tail_sex etc), but the group contains several other things. For clarify, I feel like we should just move these kind of tags to 'penetration_with_horn' or whatever. Longer, but much clearer.

Would need to move a lot of implications and aliases around, though.

well, other than penile_penetration... also tail_sex is used for any time a tail is used to pleasure another character, not just when it's used for penetration; tailjob implies it which is non-penetrative.
