Sound logic. I agree.

I have noticed that some posts tagged with balls_in_panties have a clothing item that isnt panties covering the balls, which may pose an issue if this implication gets approved but I feel like thats more an error of people misusing the tag

This tag needs some major cleanup before this can be approved, so -1 for now, from a quick glance of the first page alone:

balls_in_panties -panties currently highlights a lot of mistags and that search will be lost upon approval of this.

There's also ball_bulge and balls_outline.

Can somebody also write a wiki page at balls_in_panties that actually describes the true purpose of this tag? I want to clean it up but I want to be completely sure of the meaning itself before I start.

also maybe it should imply ball_bulge or bulge or both to it.

Too much runaway mistagging, given that it's currently being used in place of both bulge and balls_outline.

It looks like bulge poking_out would be the as-is intended tag combination. I don't know how much further clarification is needed but if balls_in_* follows the same trend as balls_in_panties it's going to end up slapped on just about any clothed piece where you can tell there's balls.
