Reason: Hopefully this is the right forum. Anyway. If a girl has a cum belly that means her belly is bulging with cum, or an abdominal bulge is showing from the sheer amounts of cum in her. So if something is tagged with cum belly then also auto add abdominal bulge as well.

Maybe both? As a cum_belly causes cum_inflation and an abdominal_bulge .

How do they differ?

-1. abdominal_bulge's usage is for penetration; a character is deeply penetrated by a long dildo it created a bulge on the stomach. It must not be applied to any inflation posts, unless the bulge caused by the object is still somewhat present to the image.

I agree with Furrin Gok for aliasing cum_belly -> cum_inflation.

Ok... So that's the * official * definition of abdominal bulge. Though technically an abdominal bulge is a bulge in the abdomen, the cause can be anything from an oversized penis (Like stuffing someone human sized with a horse sized penis), inflation, excess fluids, air, etc. Well, no changing that. :(
