Topic: Tag implication: tuca_and_bertie -> Adult_swim

The tag implication #40183 tuca_and_bertie -> adult_swim has been rejected.

Reason: Tuca and Bertie was on Netflix for season one, but has been renewed by Adult Swim for season two.
(Intending for Adult_Swim to be used when Tuca_and_Bertie is used, which I'm saying in case it should be the other way around)

EDIT: The tag implication tuca_and_bertie -> adult_swim (forum #311415) has been rejected by @gattonero2001.

Does Adult Swim actually own or co-own the copyright on the show? Or are they just licensed to broadcast/distribute it and provide some funding to make it? I don't think shows should implicate the network or streaming service that broadcasts it or who currently pays to have stuff made, just the actual owners of the franchise. Otherwise, Pokemon should implicate Disney since the anime has been officially broadcast on their network, and the Lord of the Rings should implicate Warner Brothers since they made and distributed some official movies.

So, the new episodes are shown on Adult Swim, but reruns are on TBS. Can someone help me figure it out?

Honestly it feels like S1 of Tuca and Bertie is a Netflix thing, but once it got cancelled it became an Adult Swim property after they picked it up for 2 more seasons. This isn't a Family Guy situation where Fox gave AS the rights to play reruns of FG which caused it to become more popular, AS straight up runs the show now, similar to how Final Space went from TBS to AS except TBS is owned by the same people who own AS while Netflix and AS are two separate entities
