Reason: The two are synonymous with each other, and ejaculation is a component of orgasms. This applies regardless of whether the ejaculation is penile or vaginal.

It's possible to ejaculate without achieving orgasm.

Tagging orgasm is kind of odd. It's defined as a feeling of pleasure in the genitals, and as a release of building sexual excitement or tension.
As such, judging whether an orgasm is occuring or not can only be done based on body language and facial expressions.

I'd be hesitant to tag a disembodied_penis as having an orgasm when the owner of the penis is nowhere to be seen, but I suppose tagging orgasm isn't necessarily inaccurate.
