so i really want to start a file collection of male solo and female solo art starting from literally back when e621 first became a thing.
however i can't go beyond 750 pages and that's only 2 years worth of male solo art when i know there is tons more. what happened? is there a way around this?

I'm going to asume you are using the API for this. When you are browsing via the site itself it automatically switches into sequential pagination mode which you need to use explicitly in the api.

https://e621.net/posts?page=a0&tags=female+solo will start from the beginning, giving you all posts after post id 0. The same is possible with b for before a certain id. You simply replace the id in the url with the highest id from the previous request. You loose the ability to order the result but since you simply want everything this shouldn't be a concern for you.
